Returns & Exchanges

At Maison Vivante, we take pride in creating thoughtfully designed pieces. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're happy to assist.

Return Eligibility

• Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with original tags attached.
• Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

• Sale items
• Custom or made-to-order pieces
• Gift cards
• Bridal and special occasion garments (unless otherwise stated)

Refunds

• Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.
